Controller and output diagnosis
If trailer brakes do not respond as expected, testing may include controller power and ground, brake-signal input, output to the trailer connector, connector condition, and the related trailer wiring.
Shop and qualifying fleet work
Individual tow vehicles are normally scheduled at the shop. Commercial or multi-vehicle controller projects may qualify for mobile service after the vehicle list, equipment, location, and installation scope are reviewed.
